It turns out Grapevine has a nice little downtown section with lots of shops and eateries. Took the big rig through on Main Street early yesterday evening on my way to a nearby laundromat. The restaurants were packed. One had a live band playing out on the patio, probably for St. Patrick's Day.

Came across these flowers out on my walk this morning. One of the many things Texas is known for is its wildflowers, especially bluebonnets. Not sure if this is a wildflower, but it wasn't in anyone's yard. It had a pleasant scent.
