Made it to Willows, CA today. There were some thunderstorms up around Lake Shasta that flooded I-5 at one spot. Southbound traffic had to go onto the shoulder. At one place between Lake Shasta and Redding there were a bunch of trucks parked on the northbound shoulder, so the northbound direction may have been closed for a little while.
