The kitchen in my apartment looks like this. Not visible are a sink and fridge to the left. The whole place has a nice hardwood floor and most of the furnishings look brand new.

Magnolia Center is about a 12-minute walk away. Took a walk up there a little while ago to get a postal mailbox and open a checking account for free ATMs. Everyone's pretty friendly. This is a nice neighborhood.
