Here is the view from the patio of the studio I moved into yesterday on the east side of Magnolia. That's Queen Anne in the background. About 15 steps lead up from 22nd through a hedge to the white gate, then a fairly long pathway leads through the backyard to the patio and front door of the studio. The house it's in is actually on the alley between 22nd and 23rd. The studio is newly remodeled, quiet, reasonably priced, bus stop right there on 22nd, five-minute walk to QFC and Starbucks...a great place for the winter!
